Spa and Salon appointments may be scheduled by calling Beau Totale Salon AVEDA at 703.250.0495 during hours of operation.
•We require a credit card and a phone number while reserving your appointment.
•Please arrive 10 minutes prior to allow for completion of any paperwork if it’s your first appointment.
•Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago even though our booking system sends a notification 24 hours prior your appointment.
•The price of your service may vary from the listed price; based on the service(s) you receive, as well as the length and texture of your hair.
•Payment for salon services is expected to be paid at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Last minute cancelation is charged at 50% of the scheduled service.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Salon team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
